These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website cwsgolf.com and the lessons, memberships, events, and merchandise offered by Chicks With Sticks Golf ("CwS Golf", "we", "us"). By booking, purchasing, or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Bookings & Eligibility

• Lesson seasons, events, and memberships are for women only, in line with the nature of our community.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and you have been issued a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where capacity, safety, or eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are payable in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full card details.
• Member discounts apply only while a membership is active and cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless expressly stated.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

• Requests to cancel or reschedule should be sent to info@cwsgolf.com as early as possible.
• Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you notify us and whether a session or event has already taken place; we will confirm the applicable amount when you contact us.
• If we cancel a session or event, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund.

4. Memberships

• Membership runs for the period stated at purchase and grants the benefits described on our membership page.
• Membership benefits are personal to you and are non-transferable.

5. Events

Event details, dates, and venues may occasionally change for reasons outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify booked attendees of any material changes.

6. Merchandise

• We aim to describe products accurately; colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates. Returns or exchanges of faulty items are handled in line with applicable UAE consumer protection law — contact us to arrange.

7. Conduct & Safety

You agree to follow the reasonable instructions of our coaches and venue staff and to conduct yourself safely and respectfully. We may ask anyone whose behaviour endangers others to leave without refund.

8. Liability

Golf involves physical activity. You take part at your own risk and should ensure you are medically fit to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including our name, logo, and imagery, belongs to CwS Golf and may not be used without our permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
